Metering Services, Inc. specializes in water-industry technical services and has been actively involved in numerous meter projects throughout the Southwest, primarily in Arizona, since 1982. The corporate office for Metering Services, Inc. is located in Tempe, AZ.

Metering Services, Inc. is a SBA 8(m) Woman-Owned Small Business; Keri Frampton is President. Metering Services, Inc. is managed by Dave & Chase Frampton. The Tempe office is staffed with four administrative personnel who are available to assist Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Metering Services, Inc.’s field technicians are trained and certified to test, calibrate, install and retrofit water meters and backflow assemblies. Our crews work around the clock to meet the needs of our customers in the event that water service is disrupted.

Metering Services, Inc. has the equipment and knowledge to assist with replacing outdated meters. Our fleet includes a heavy-duty truck equipped with a crane, cut-off saws, torches and other equipment necessary to replace large water meters. Metering Services, Inc. crews have received training from all major meter companies. Our trained and experienced crews have replaced thousands of large and small meters.

Dave Frampton and his staff have worked on both small (5/8” to 2”) and large water meter (3” to 10”) projects over the past 30 years throughout the Phoenix Valley, the state of Arizona and California. Metering Services Inc understands the working conditions in the area. Metering Services Inc has also developed a relationship with the meter manufacturers and local suppliers.

Additionally, all Metering Services, Inc. personnel receive comprehensive health & safety training, to ensure the safety of our employees, Arizona residents, and the environment.
